Marlborough House provides residential care for 12 people with learning disabilities. The home supports each individual living as independently as possible, with staff working to enable them to take part in community activities and maintain relationships with their families. At inspection, residents were observed to be content and engaged, with strong relationships evident between staff and the people they support.

The service demonstrates good compliance with safeguarding and the Mental Capacity Act 2005. Staff treat residents with dignity and respect, involving them in decisions about their care where possible. Families reported positive communication from the home, with one relative saying staff had "made a real difference" to their family member's life and wellbeing.
