The Grove Care Home

The Grove Care Home provides personal care for up to 52 older people, some living with dementia. At inspection, 48 people were using the service.

Medicine practices did not always align with best practice guidelines. While a quality and safety monitoring system was in place, it was not always effective at identifying and addressing issues. Incident analysis was completed, but lessons learned were not consistently identified from these reviews.

Despite these concerns, people were happy with the care they received and felt safe and well looked after.
