Swan Care Home

Swan Care Home, in North East Lincolnshire, provides support to older people, younger people and people living with dementia. The CQC rated the service Good overall, finding people were kept safe by a consistent, well-trained staff team who understood their individual needs and preferences.

Inspectors found care plans were person-centred and staff built warm, respectful relationships with people. Governance was strong, with regular audits and open communication between managers, staff and families. People and relatives spoke positively about their care, describing feeling safe and well looked after.
