The Meadows Care Home

The Meadows Care Home provides personal care to older people and those living with dementia, with capacity for 36 residents. At the time of inspection, 20 people lived at the service. Safety precautions were in place during the COVID-19 outbreak, with external signage alerting visitors to restrictions. Staff greeted professional visitors at the entrance and reminded them of infection control measures. The home provided personal protective equipment, including hand sanitiser, for visitors who did not have their own supplies.
