Elm Lodge

Elm Lodge is a care home providing nursing care for up to 75 older people, based in Ealing and arranged across five self-contained units. At the time of assessment, 59 people lived there, with a registered manager in post.

The CQC found people received personalised care that reflected their needs and preferences, delivered by kind, well-supported staff with good training. Some improvements were needed in medicines management processes, though care overall was safe, and the home had effective systems for monitoring quality and learning from mistakes.
