The home maintained high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Cleaning schedules had been updated in response to COVID-19, with regular attention to high-touch and frequently used areas. Dedicated housekeeping and laundry staff, along with care and nursing personnel, had completed COVID-19 and Infection Prevention Control training to ensure safe procedures and prevent infection spread.

The home had previously experienced a COVID-19 outbreak among staff and residents.
