Manor Hall Nursing Home

Manor Hall Nursing Home provides accommodation, nursing and personal care for up to 43 people, including those living with dementia and other health conditions, alongside beds for people being discharged from hospital before returning home or moving elsewhere. Inspectors carried out a responsive assessment after receiving concerns about safety, culture and risk management, and no significant issues were identified.

The CQC found staffing levels sufficient, risks well managed, and the environment clean and comfortable. Staff were described as kind and approachable, with strong links to health professionals supporting safe transitions between services. Good governance systems were in place, and people and relatives said they felt confident raising concerns, which were addressed promptly.

The home retained its overall rating of Good.
