The Dell Care Home

The Dell provides personal care to 35 older people, with capacity for up to 40 residents. Care planning and risk assessment have improved significantly since the last inspection, with clear documentation that provides staff with sufficient information to support residents effectively. Care plans are regularly updated when residents' needs change.

The service has also strengthened its management structure, addressing previous concerns about inconsistent leadership and staff turnover that had affected service quality.
