The service provides care and support to up to 29 people, including those living with dementia. During the inspection, the home had implemented protective measures for visitors, including temperature checks, health questionnaires, and provision of personal protective equipment. For those unable to visit in person, staff had arranged alternative ways for residents to stay connected with loved ones, using phone and video calls via tablet. People with dementia received staff support to engage with these virtual visits, helping them maintain important relationships during restricted visiting periods.
