Lilac Lodge & Lavender Cottage

Lilac Lodge and Lavender Cottage provides residential care to 34 older people, some living with dementia, across two buildings with eight people in the smaller unit and 26 in the larger one. People and their relatives reported feeling safe at the service. The home has made improvements to manage risks appropriately, and medicines are managed, stored and administered safely following previous recommendations about staffing levels.
