This residential care home accommodates up to 43 people across five units, providing personal care for older adults, including those living with dementia and mental health conditions. At inspection, 34 people were using the service.

Inspectors found that risks to people were not always robustly assessed and mitigated. Staff did not consistently have the information needed to provide safe care, as risks associated with people's needs had not always been fully documented. Improvements were required to ensure people received good quality, compassionate, individualised and safe care as the minimum standard.
