Broadlands

Broadlands is a residential care home providing personal care to up to 52 people, most of whom are older adults with physical disabilities, dementia or long-term conditions. Inspectors found people receive exceptional high-quality care that meets and exceeds their individual needs. Feedback from residents, relatives, visitors and professionals was overwhelmingly positive about the compassionate and caring approach of staff, who consistently go above and beyond to ensure people's lives are filled with enjoyment and meaningful engagement. People are treated with dignity and respect as valued individuals and supported to maintain their health and access relevant services. Staff are knowledgeable about people's risks and how to care for them safely, with a strong understanding of safeguarding responsibilities. The home actively involves people and their relatives in designing and delivering care, encourages feedback and acts on concerns raised.
