Carlton Hall Residential Home and Village

Carlton Hall Residential Home and Village provides residential care for up to 86 people across four units in a single adapted building, as well as domiciliary care services for people living in their own bungalows on site. At inspection, 74 people were receiving residential care, including some with dementia, and 15 people were using the personal care service. The home has systems in place to reduce the risk of abuse and avoidable harm, with robust monitoring of medicine administration to ensure people receive their medications when needed. Management systems help identify risks and support the team in learning lessons from incidents to prevent them recurring.
