About The Croft Care Home
The Croft Care Home provides personal care to 29 people aged 65 and over, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 18 people were using the service.
Monitoring systems were not always effective at identifying problems. While some audits had prompted improvements, inspectors found issues with infection control and accident and incident monitoring that had not been previously flagged. The provider was recommended to review their accident and incident monitoring process to strengthen oversight of these areas.
