The Chestnuts Care Home

This residential care home provides personal care to up to 41 people, with 36 residents at the time of inspection. Some people were living with dementia. The home maintained high standards of cleanliness and was well maintained, protecting people from the risk and spread of infection. The provider had identified concerns regarding medicine management and had begun taking action to address these issues prior to inspection.
