The Chestnuts

The Chestnuts provides accommodation, personal care and support for up to 20 adults with learning disabilities, some of whom also have physical disabilities and sensory impairments. The home has three separate units with a total of 20 bedrooms across two larger units and one smaller unit. At inspection, all 20 people were living at the home with a registered manager in place.

People are safe because staff understand the risks involved in their care and take action to minimise these risks. The rota is planned to ensure there are sufficient staff to keep people safe and meet their needs.
