Silvermere Care Home

Silvermere is a care home for up to 72 people, some living with dementia. At inspection, 47 people were resident at the home. Residents praised staff support during the pandemic, with one person saying, "We have been looked after wonderfully well." Staff provided information about COVID-19 in accessible formats and gave people choice about whether to wear PPE. Residents particularly valued the care and support they received during periods when family visits were restricted.
