This specialist care home accommodates four people with learning disabilities and/or autism. Since the last inspection, staffing levels have improved with the recruitment of permanent staff reducing reliance on agency workers. This has enhanced consistency of care and expanded residents' access to their community.

Staff receive safeguarding training and can identify potential signs of abuse and appropriate responses. The home's recruitment procedures ensure suitable staff are employed. People are supported to make choices and control their own lives, with staff using the least restrictive approaches possible while acting in their best interests.
