Sheerwater House

Sheerwater House provides residential care for older people and those living with dementia, supporting up to 20 residents. At inspection, 14 people were living at the service. The registered manager and provider have made the environment more dementia-friendly and staff have been working with the mental health team to improve support during times of distress. However, further improvements are needed to the provision of activities to ensure residents have access to stimulating and engaging opportunities.
