The Chase

The Chase provides personal care to up to 31 older people and those living with dementia, with 30 residents at the time of inspection. Residents reported feeling happy, safe, and well-cared-for, with staff described as kind and caring. All residents spoken with said they would recommend the service to others, and the home actively supports people to maintain their independence. The service continues to improve, with complete medicines records and effective checks and audits in place to identify and address any shortfalls.
