Staff and leaders were described as exceptionally kind and compassionate, with a genuine community feel and person-centred approach. A recent change in management had brought clear improvements in communication and morale. Care plans were detailed, staffing levels met people's needs, and people spoke positively about the food, activities and feeling safe.
