Field Lodge

Field Lodge provides personal and nursing care to up to 72 people, including older adults and those living with dementia, across four units on three floors. The home offers extensive amenities including lounges, assisted bathrooms on each floor, and a ground floor garden with a coffee shop, cinema, hair salon, and nail bar.

People felt safe at the service and received care aligned with their needs and wishes. Staff had completed safeguarding training and knew how to identify and report concerns appropriately. The home documented and reviewed accidents, incidents and falls to identify patterns and reduce future risks. A relative noted that staff were aware of family members' vulnerabilities and understood potential risks. The service maintained sufficient well-trained staff to meet people's care and support needs.
