The Boltons

The Boltons is a residential care home supporting 20 people aged 65 and over, with capacity for up to 27 residents. The service accommodates people living with dementia or mental health conditions across two interconnected houses on three floors. Most residents have their own ensuite facilities, with additional communal bathrooms, dining rooms and a lounge. A large rear garden is available for residents' use.

The home has made improvements to medicines management since its previous inspection. Staff numbers are sufficient to meet residents' needs, and people are protected from abuse, neglect and discrimination. Risk assessments for individual care and premises safety are in place and regularly managed.
