Life Care Corporation Limited is a residential care home supporting up to 41 people, many of whom are living with dementia. At inspection, 15 people were being cared for by 25 staff members. The service occupies a large detached home split into two wings, each with three floors, communal lounges, dining rooms, and access to outside grounds. One wing was closed at the time of the inspection.

The home had implemented changes to address safety risks from the premises and equipment, including modifications to design, signage, and water temperature controls. Medicines were being managed safely.
