Pembroke Lodge

Pembroke Lodge accommodates up to 20 people in single and double rooms across three floors, providing personal care to those living with dementia, mental health needs, physical disability, sensory impairment and older people. At inspection, 17 people were using the service.

The provider did not operate effective quality assurance systems to oversee the service and identify shortfalls in quality and safety. Clear and consistent records were not kept for people, their care, and service management. The provider did not always ensure proper management and mitigation of risks to people and their care.
