Staff identified and minimized risks to keep people safe, with building maintenance checks carried out appropriately.

Some infection control concerns were identified and promptly addressed by the registered manager. People received their prescribed medicines from trained and competent staff, though minor issues with medication record keeping were noted. Accidents and incidents were recorded and analyzed to identify risks and ensure lessons were learned to improve safety.
