The home was exceptionally clean and well maintained, with service design focused on promoting comfort and safety.

Systems were in place to manage medicines safely while encouraging people to self-medicate where possible to maintain their independence. Staff dependency calculations and actual staffing levels were displayed in the reception area, demonstrating transparency about staffing provision.
