LD Care – Moreton Avenue is a care home for up to 2 people with learning disabilities and autistic people. At the time of inspection, 2 people were living at the service, which is managed by a private limited company operating 4 care homes in North-West London. The service provides a safe, clean, well-equipped and maintained environment where residents receive care and support.

Staff at the home focus on people's strengths and promote independence, choice and control. Residents pursue their interests and enjoy fulfilling, meaningful everyday lives. The service enables people to access specialist healthcare services and supports them to engage with their local communities.
