Tanglewood Mews

Tanglewood Mews is a purpose-built home providing accommodation and personal care for up to seven people with physical and learning disabilities across two floors. At the time of inspection, five people lived at the home. The service also supports 14 people receiving personal care through supported living arrangements.

Inspectors identified omissions and inconsistencies in records that the provider's auditing system had not caught. Some records required review to ensure they accurately reflected people's current needs and associated guidance. The inspection led to a recommendation that the provider strengthen its auditing processes to better identify and prevent similar issues in the future.
