Dipton Manor Care Home

Dipton Manor Care Home provides personal care to up to 70 older people, young adults and people with dementia. At inspection, 54 people were using the service. The home has strengthened its governance systems to effectively monitor quality and safety, with timely action taken when shortfalls are identified. Risk assessments are now in place and mitigation measures implemented where possible. Safety checks are properly recorded and medicines are stored, administered and recorded safely, with clear guidance available for staff on as-needed medications.

Recruitment processes are thorough, with all appropriate pre-employment checks completed before staff start work. People and their relatives speak highly of the staff team, and there is sufficient staffing on duty to meet people's needs.
