Willoughby House

Willoughby House is a care home providing support for up to 8 people with learning disabilities and autistic people, with 6 people living there at the time of the assessment. The CQC rated the service Requires Improvement overall, following concerns raised at another of the provider's locations.

Inspectors found risks and incidents were not always identified or reviewed, best interest decisions were not fully documented, and staff deployment did not always match people's individual support hours. Oversight from the registered manager and provider had not driven improvement. Even so, people and relatives spoke positively about staff, describing good teamwork and feeling safe and happy in the home.
