Surrey Heights

Surrey Heights is a residential care home providing accommodation and personal care to up to 39 people, including older and younger adults with dementia and other health-related support needs. At inspection, 26 people were using the service.

People received safe care with individual risks assessed in their care plans. Residents and relatives reported feeling safe with staff, who demonstrated knowledge of safeguarding procedures and competence in their roles. Staff supported people with compassion and kindness, communicating well even during times of distress. The home recruited staff safely and maintained adequate staffing levels to meet people's needs.
