About Eastlake

Eastlake is a residential care home in Surrey, offering families a reassuring place to turn when looking for support for a loved one. The team there is committed to providing a warm and attentive environment where residents can feel at home. For families beginning what can feel like a daunting journey, Eastlake aims to be a friendly and approachable option worth exploring.

Eastlake accommodates up to 53 people aged 65 and over, including those living with dementia, elderly and frail individuals, and people with medical conditions. The service is divided into four units, each with its own lounge and dining area, and residents can access a communal garden. At the time of inspection, all 53 places were occupied.

Residents spoke positively about the level of care and support they receive. However, inspectors identified shortfalls in governance arrangements, finding that systems and processes were not fully aligned towards clearly formulated goals.
