Bridge House Care Home

This residential care home provides personal care for up to 30 older people, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 25 people were using the service, which operates across two floors of an adapted building with communal areas including a lounge, living area and dining room on the ground floor. People are kept safe with risks properly managed, and staffing levels are sufficient to meet their needs. Care is reviewed regularly to ensure the home continues to meet individual needs, and people are supported to maintain a balanced diet. Staff promote independence whilst supporting people to have maximum choice and control over their lives in the least restrictive way possible. The home is staffed by kind and caring people who treat residents with dignity and respect their privacy.
