Staff actively supported residents to maintain contact with family and friends through telephone and internet, while implementing careful visitor protocols including temperature checks, rapid lateral flow testing, and screening questions to minimise infection risk. The home had created an internal visitor's pod and introduced face-to-face visits with designated visitors. Staff had received training on pandemic safety measures, and both staff and residents were regularly tested. The building was clean and well-maintained.
