The CQC found the service was performing well overall, with people, relatives and professionals speaking positively about the care provided.

Inspectors found people felt safe and well cared for by staff who knew them well and had the right skills and experience. Risks were properly assessed, staffing levels were sufficient, and recruitment practices were safe. The atmosphere was calm and friendly, people's independence and choice were respected, and the service worked within the principles of the Mental Capacity Act.
