Otterhayes

Otterhayes provides accommodation and personal care for up to five people with learning disabilities and/or autism at Hayes House. At the time of inspection, all five places were occupied. The service also operates a domiciliary care agency offering support beyond the residential setting.

The inspection examined how well the service supports its residents in a homely environment, ensuring they have choice, control and access to their local communities. Inspectors looked at how staff interact with residents, the quality of care planning, and whether people's individual needs and preferences are consistently respected and promoted.
