Hill House

Hill House is a 30-bed care home in one adapted building providing care and support for older people, some of whom live with dementia. At the time of inspection, 29 people were living at the service.

The provider has implemented quality assurance processes to monitor care quality and safety, supported by an action plan. Previous compliance breaches have been addressed. A new manager has been appointed and is working to further embed quality assurance processes, with ongoing focus needed on ensuring all records remain up to date and accurate.
