Stubblefields House

Stubblefields House provides personal care and accommodation for up to ten adults with learning disabilities and/or autistic spectrum disorder. At the time of inspection, ten people were living at the service. Inspectors found that systems to assess, monitor and improve the quality and safety of the service were not effective, meaning the provider had not identified and addressed significant concerns. The service lacked measures to mitigate infection risks, and some areas were not clean and tidy, though the provider took steps to improve infection control during the inspection. People were at risk of avoidable harm because risks had not been properly identified, assessed and mitigated. Insufficient staffing levels impacted both the cleanliness of the service and people's ability to access the community.
