This care home provides personal care for up to twelve people with learning disabilities and autism, with specialist support for Prader Willi syndrome, a rare genetic disorder characterized by constant hunger and various physical and behavioral challenges. All feedback about the service was extremely positive, with residents describing staff as undoubtedly caring and knowledgeable about their individual needs. The staff team demonstrated exceptional commitment to person-centered care, and the registered manager provided strong leadership and support.

Residents' health was extremely well managed, particularly in relation to nutrition support, which had significantly improved their quality of life. Staff expressed pride in working at the service and felt well-supported by management. The team operated as partners in delivering a truly person-centered service that was recognized as exceptionally well-led.
