Kirkgate House provides accommodation and personal care to 28 people with learning disabilities and/or autism. The service is organised into five distinct areas, each with its own lounge, kitchenette, and front door accessible by key fob, allowing residents greater independence and control. Two bedsits are also available within the property.

Communal spaces downstairs, including a lounge and dining area, offer residents the choice of where to spend their time.
