Lucy Lodge

Lucy Lodge accommodates up to 16 people requiring care and support for mental health needs. At inspection, all 16 residents were living at the home and appeared happy and well supported in a safe environment. The service assessed and managed risks appropriately while promoting residents' independence and choice. Staff numbers were adequate and suitably recruited, with team members receiving comprehensive training and support. Staff demonstrated kindness and care in their interactions, maintaining positive relationships with residents while supporting them in the least restrictive ways possible. The home's policies and systems ensured people's diverse needs were assessed and respected, with staff clearly understanding their roles and responsibilities.
