Stuart House

Stuart House provides accommodation and personal care for up to 11 people with mental health needs and learning disabilities. At the time of inspection, two people lived in the home. Inspectors found the service continued to be rated Good, with people feeling safe and protected against the risk of abuse. Staff recognised the signs of abuse or neglect and understood their responsibilities to report concerns confidently. People were supported to have maximum choice and control of their lives, with staff supporting them in the least restrictive way possible through policies and systems that reflected this practice.
