Staff demonstrated clear understanding of their safeguarding responsibilities, and the home had implemented risk assessments and care plans to protect people from harm. Safe recruitment practices were established, and systems were in place for secure medicine management alongside incident reporting and review procedures.

The registered manager acknowledged mixed feedback regarding staffing levels and indicated plans to review current staffing arrangements. A quality assurance system overseen by the management team assessed care standards throughout the service.
