Cleeve Court Community Resource Centre

Cleeve Court Community Resource Centre provides accommodation and personal care for up to 45 adults, including those over and under 65 years with physical disabilities and sensory impairments. At inspection, 41 people were living at the service across two floors accessed by stairs and lifts, with individual rooms and communal spaces including lounges, dining areas, and a secure enclosed garden.

Inspectors identified concerns with safety management. Risks to people's safety were not always identified so that management plans could be put in place to mitigate them. Where some actions existed to address risks, staff were not recording these consistently, meaning the provider could not be assured the correct action had been taken.
