Greystones accommodates up to 26 older people, with 18 residents living there at inspection. Staff have actively supported residents to maintain contact with family and friends throughout the pandemic, arranging window visits alongside telephone and video calls. The home implemented safe in-house visiting procedures following government guidance, requiring pre-booked visits with negative lateral flow COVID-19 tests, temperature checks, hand sanitising, and face masks for all visitors. Families and friends were kept regularly informed of arrangements and procedures.
