Winfield Lodge provides personal and nursing care to 33 residents aged 65 and over, with capacity for up to 50 people. The three-storey building includes lounges on the ground and middle floors, a large dining area, equipment storage for hoists and wheelchairs, and a hairdressing salon on the first floor.

Residents felt safe and protected from harm and abuse. Staff were confident in identifying potential abuse and knew what actions to take if they witnessed concerning behaviour. Risks were properly assessed across the service.
