Risk assessments were comprehensive and particularly thorough for people experiencing emotional distress, with staff confident in their ability to identify and report safeguarding concerns both internally and to external agencies. Staff were encouraged to raise worries about resident safety, and improvements had been made to personalised care provision. However, the home was recommended to strengthen activities and social engagement, as these improvements had not yet been consistently embedded across all areas of practice.
