Stonesby Lodge

Stonesby Lodge is a residential care home accommodating up to 12 people living with mental health needs in an adapted building. At the time of inspection, eight people were residing there, including those using the service for short stays.

The home maintains effective safeguarding procedures to keep people safe from abuse and harm. Staff understand reporting procedures and risks are assessed and managed appropriately. Staffing levels are sufficient to support residents safely, and recruitment follows proper protocols. Medicines are managed safely through established systems and processes. Accidents and incidents are recorded and analysed to ensure the service learns from events and prevents future occurrences.
