Medicines, infection control and the environment were now managed safely, and people received kind, compassionate care from staff who knew them well.

Inspectors found people were safeguarded from abuse, offered choice in their care, and supported to see family and access healthcare when needed. The provider had made significant progress and was no longer in breach of regulations, though some minor shortfalls remained in oversight and quality monitoring, which the provider acted on promptly.
